Knowledge Management is a process whereby the members of KMT identify the amount and nature of knowledge it requires to achieve the short-term and long-term objectives of Eminence. KMT designs and implement a system which allows the entire Eminence team to manage the proposals (including fund generation), creating information, maintenance (including updating and discarding), sharing and dissemination. KM covers the area of overlap between research, IT, learning and development with organizational practice. Therefore, the Eminence KMT is formed with a blend of people who can cover all these areas. The existing KMT has individuals with high coaching and training skills, writing capability, expertise to facilitate and influence, marketing and communication skills.
