The Project Management Team provides necessary support at the functional level for the implementation of projects. Project Management team members deploy a project in real life environment according to predefined plan. This team is responsible for project’s institutional development initiatives including strategic and implementation planning, coordination support, documentation and reporting, and providing support to the KMT.
