Position: Training Officer/Manager

Type of Employment: Contractual (2 years Contract)

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Coordinate the training activities in different outlets
  • Prepare monthly report for the training activities
  • Oversee and monitor the training curriculum
  • Ensure legal support for the training centers (license renew)
  • Maintain liaison with different organization for the publicity of the training courses

REQUIREMENTS:

Education: Graduate/ post graduate degree in any subject of Social Science preferably in Education and capable to speak and write in English and Bangla.

Experience: Minimum 5 years of extensive development experience.

  • Strong Written and Verbal communication
  • MS office Application, Email, Internet Browsing, Muti-media based training Use of Face book, Twitter
  • Strong writing  capacity in English
  • Fluent in speaking English
  • Demonstrable leadership skill
  • Ability to critically review relevant Training management related issues and recommend appropriate measures to overcome relevant issues
  • Technical, financial training and proposal writing for different donor
  • Prepare Monthly, quarterly and annual report, external and internal report writing, Technical, Financial Report and Training Report
  • Ability to manage the financial matters with relevant issues
  • Ability to interact with the stakeholders from the International community
  • Ability to establish strong working relationships with community members
  • Ability to interact and handle the government stakeholders
  • Willing to work and interact with the community
  • Willing to visit the training sites as and when necessary
  • Ability to focus on the specific job responsibilities

  • Provide orientation and management support to the new team member of Shosti
  • Support project staff and partners in monitoring, evaluation, design and implementation
  • Ensure proper implementation of the different committee activities
  • Coordination and communication among the team members of Shosti clinics
  • Prepare monthly report of the overall activity of the clinics
  • Execute the team members activities according to the plan
  • Ensure Shosti surveillance
  • Collection and documentation of the different committee meeting minutes

Position: Store Officer

  • Identify the equipment entering and outing and check the quality and quantity
  • Guarantee that the procedures and instructions of store management are followed
  • Update the stocks weekly basis and draw up a monthly physical inventory and write an inventory report
  • Keep all documents related to stock management up to date
  • Check daily that the store is clean and ensure the cleanliness conditions of stock
  • Report to the line managers for any problem with the quality and quantity
  • Able to handle independently the regular receiving & delivery of products
  • Other tasks as delegated by authority

REQUIREMENTS:

Education: Master’s degree in social science, Economics or Statistics and capable to speak and write in English and Bangla.

Experience: Minimum 3 years in store management

  • Participate in the recruitment process of the new team member of Shosti
  • Create detail work plan for the team members and assign them the works
  • Ensure that all project team members have received proper orientation on Shosti
